What this is

Lightweight Cloudflare edge for the Lark integration of the Mail / Qiji Pipeline dashboard. Lark hits this Worker, the Worker ACKs within Lark's 3-second budget, then asynchronously forwards the verified event to the main Vercel app via ctx.waitUntil. Counters and last-event timestamp are kept in Workers KV so this page renders without a database.
